2021 Annual Meeting Recap

The 2021 Minnesota Holstein Association Annual Meeting took place on May 8 in Hutchinson, Minnesota. The Annual Meeting took on a new format this year as restrictions did not allow for a traditional All-Breeds Convention to be held. However, the MHA board felt strongly that they wanted to offer an in-person Annual Meeting. The one-day event this year began with three hours of committee meetings, followed by a complimentary meal and the annual meeting. The day concluded with the 2021 Breeder’s Seminar.

During the meal, a brief awards banquet took place. The Sibley County Holstein Club was presented with the Person of the Year Award and both Adam Johnson and Elwin Brands were honored with a Steel Cow print as retiring Board Members. The MHA Board of Directors would like the sincerely thank Adam and Elwin for their nine years of service to the association.
